These Terms of Service apply to all services provided by [Company legal name] ("5GHz Hosting", "we") through 5ghz.host and my.5ghz.host.

You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping it secure. You must be at least 16 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian.

You may not use our services for unlawful activity, to attack or disrupt other networks, to distribute malware, or to infringe the rights of others. We may suspend servers that violate these rules or put our infrastructure at risk.

Services are paid from a prepaid balance that you top up by card. Card payments are processed by CloudPayments. Prices are shown in euros and may include applicable taxes.

If your balance is insufficient, services may be suspended until you top up.
